第二章 振藩步法
一、四分之三警戒势
1.两脚并拢,收腹、挺胸,两肩自然下沉,两手下垂,自然平视。(图1)

2.左脚后退一步,脚跟提起,双腿微屈,两脚间距约与肩同宽,重心在两脚之间。左脚与左脚跟、左脚尖连线成45~90度角;右脚与连线成30度角。收腹、含胸、拔背、沉肩。右肘下沉,大小臂夹角成90度;左肘护肋,左拳举于颌侧。下颌微收,目视侧方。(图2、3)

二、全侧面警戒势
由立正姿势开始,左脚向正后方退一步,两脚间距约一肩宽,身体左转90度,两脚在同侧成一直线,成全侧面警戒势。双腿微屈,收腹,重心在两脚之间。两手可高抬、低放,伺机晃动。目视侧方。(图4、5)

三、正警戒势
左正警戒势
两脚双膝内扣,与肩同宽,两脚屈膝,重心在两腿之间。臀部下坐,收腹、含胸、沉肩。左掌尖上挑与肩同高,伸于体前人体中线位置;右手摆于左臂内侧。(图6、7)

四、警戒势前后滑步

注意:练习时,欲向哪个方向移动,先迈哪只脚,假以时日动作熟练后,会分辨不出先动哪只脚,几乎齐动。
六、泰拳势
左脚掌在前触地,右脚在后与左脚连线成正角。两脚相距与肩同宽,双膝微屈,收腹,身略偏侧。右拳护咽喉,左拳高于脸颊平,左肘离身体10~15厘米。(图19、20)

七、虎扑势

解读
对于初学者,学一个警戒势都不易,这一股脑的列举了6个警戒势,完全动作到位,却非易事。
四分之三警戒势预示着正统、常规动作的出击;全侧面警戒势突显了侧身突进的强势;正警戒势、正击前警戒势体现了手法“搭桥”的便宜;而泰拳势表现的是压迫、硬朗的风格;虎扑势是蓄势待发的张力。不同的警戒势是不同风格技击特征的标志,是后续动作的“符号”,预示大致一些动作出击的种种可能,不可不察!
感悟
兵法云:水无常态,兵无常势,瞬息万变。
常人一定以为李小龙在《李小龙技击法》中总是以右警戒势示人,JKD只有右警戒势。其实不然,细心的观众会发现《死亡游戏》里,宗师与与贾巴尔的对搏戏里,在雷霆重击中每每以左警戒势跨立,充分拧腰、转胯发挥身体力量至极,才能将巨人完全摧垮!
“不停地移动,像水面跃动的月光一样……”伺机进攻,让对方摸不到头脑,“技者善隐其型”,不停变幻格斗姿势,会让对手局促不安、无所适从,不知从何下手。
“变化”是JKD战斗艺术里的必修课,像本篇点到警戒势的变化,及战术、招势、智能的变化等等不胜枚举。
