TIPS
1.按压面团的时候,一定要中间略薄,因为四周上色快。如果四周薄中间厚的话,可能四周已经焦黄,而中心还没有熟。
2.核桃碎也可以换成其他坚果碎,或者在其中加入一些蔓越莓干,更有滋味。
3.小苏打可以增加饼干的蓬松度,如果没有,也可以省略。
4.红糖容易结颗粒,用之前可以用擀面杖擀碎。
■做法■
1.核桃提前用烤箱150摄氏度烤出香味,放凉备用;
2.将燕麦片、细砂糖、红糖、核桃碎逐个放入容器中搅拌均匀;
3.将低筋面粉和小苏打混合过筛,筛入燕麦中,用刮刀拌均匀;
4.加入蜂蜜,再加入隔水加热融化成液体的黄油,搅拌均匀,呈比较松散的状态;
5.取一小块面团用手按实(每块都要等量大小,才会使烘烤的时间一样),按成圆球,然后放在烤盘上压扁;
6.烤箱预热至160摄氏度,上下火,烤盘放在烤箱中层,大约烤20分钟即可。
