1.2 Registration
Click the National Flood Forecast System on desktop or in program folder to initiate the system.If the system is installed for the first time,there will be a registration interface coming up（Figure 1.9）.

Send the serial number to slzhang@mwr.gov.cn to request the registration code.Copy the code to the corresponding location,and click“Register”.
